Refund/Cancellation Policy:

A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your Games On A Roll reservation. There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all parties or events cancelled after payment is received. There will be a $100 cancellation fee for all parties and events cancelled after payment is received and within 30 days of your scheduled event.

NO REFUND in the event of a 2 hour party reservation being cancelled within 14 days of your event.

NO REFUND in the event of a 3+ hour event reservation being cancelled within 30 days of your event. Games On A Roll will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty, to another date should a cancellation be necessary.

Privacy Policy:

Games On A Roll is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with Games On A Roll as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

Travel/Fuel Surcharge:

31-40 miles from our home base = $20 surcharge

41-50 miles from our home base = $40 surcharge

51-60 miles from our home base = $60 surcharge

61-? Will be determined on a case by case basis but start at a minimum of an $80 surcharge

Bad Weather:

Our game trailer is insulated and climate controlled. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your event. In the event of severe weather (lighting, high winds, flooding, extremely heavy rains, blizzards, or icy road conditions) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your event to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, and our staff and equipment. If you are aware in advance of a severe weather event, please call as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling your event.

Supervised Children:

Games On A Roll does require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or nearby outside the trailer at all times.

Alcohol/Drugs:

You may serve alcohol at a Games On A Roll event, however, we may require on-site security, AND/OR a security deposit when alcohol is being served. We may and reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated and any observed use of illegal narcotics will result in the termination of the party immediately.

Damage/Injury:

Games On A Roll or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the game trailer in a specific location. This includes both above-ground and below-ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Games On A Roll reserves the right to charge the clients credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by the clients guests. Games On A Roll and their employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property of their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

Food/Drink:

Games On A Roll does not allow any food or drinks in the video game trailer. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer.

Pictures:

When your party is in effect the game coach will be taking pictures of the party from inside the trailer. You will be able to view these pictures on our Facebook page. We will also email said photos to the email on the booking form. If you do not want your pictures posted to our Facebook page, please inform us prior to the start of the party.

Tips:

The game coach is there to make sure your group is making the most of our high-tech fun! He or she tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.

Truck/Trailer:

DUE TO INSURANCE ISSUES, WE WILL NOT PULL INTO NOR BACK INTO A DRIVEWAY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. When the truck pulls up, we will park in the most level and flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Most times we will pull up in front of your home and block the driveway with the trailer. **Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause damage to persons, property or equipment. We will need a minimum of 60 feet to park the trailer and if we feel the address you provide may cause a problem, we will call to discuss alternative options.** Additionally, our game coach will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at any event.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES: 

We will be arriving about 10 minutes early to set up.  We need a semi-level area to park and a way to pull out after we take the last picture in front of the Mobile Game Theater!  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is enough room to park the rig.  Extra time will not be added to parties to compensate for time taken to move cars and clear a parking spot.  Please double check the address we will be using and let us know if there is anything we need to know regarding finding the location, getting in or out, etc.

It’s a good idea to let your neighbors know about the party so they can be prepared for the Mobile Game Theater pulling up and the extra cars in the area.

CHURCH, SCHOOL, NON-PROFIT AND CITY EVENTS:  

Let us know the details regarding your event.  If you would like promotional materials, W-9 or Liability Insurance documents emailed or if you need our staff to fill out any vendor information let us know.

Laser Tag “Need to Know” Information:

  • Kids safety is the most important thing to us. It is your responsibility to be sure the kids follow the rules of both Games On A Roll and your own homeowner insurance policy. We are not responsible for kids actions and/or lack of good judgment (like running out into the street).
  • We highly recommend making your reservations with us as far out as you can if you are set on a specific date and time.
  • For the best field set-up, we recommend an area of 50×30 to 60×60 (about ½ a basketball court size). Natural trees and bushes make great obstacles as well. We provide several pop-up barriers to provide the best battlefield experience for the kids.
  • All animals and pets should be restrained, or kept indoors, during set-up and break-down of your party. Please be sure all dog waste has been cleaned up as well.
  • Your booked time period starts on time as long as things are set up for our arrival. We will arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your party start time (we will call you if there is an issue on our end that prevents us from starting on time). We highly recommend you have a cleared space for us to set up in before we arrive. We do not extend the party time if we have to wait for guests to move their cars, or move objects in the way of where we will be setting up.
  • Rescheduling an event is always an option and can be done one time without incurring any cancellation charges, as long as you contact us at least 7 days prior to your event. Reschedule requests made less than 7 days from the event will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Rain policy: Our taggers can operate in light rain. In the event of heavy rain, where we cannot continue with your party, our rate will be prorated after the 1st 50% in which we must collect if we have already set up the playing field. If possible, an alternative indoor venue should be available for bad weather days to avoid any charges. We are not responsible for the weather, however, the Game Coach is responsible for making a weather related play/no-play decision that protects the players and equipment. If the weather forces a cancellation before set-up, we will reschedule for no additional charge.
  • We can play laser tag on grass, gym floors, or concrete surfaces.
  • The customer is responsible for providing the playing space and has already ensured us that no State, County, Municipality, Householder Association, bylaws, etc. prohibit activities like laser tag. If your laser tag party cannot take place for any of the former or similar reasons, and we are forced to shut down, there will be no refund.
  • Additional hours for play are best added on at the time of booking, In the event you want to add time onto your event, and we do not have another scheduled event, we can take cash or credit for said additional time at your event.
  • Players are required to wear shoes while playing laser tag with Games On A Roll. Open toed shoes, bare feet and sandals are not allowed.
